BENEFITS
Forrar Williams Architects provides a comprehensive benefit structure of retirement, profit sharing and performance bonuses offered within a progressive management style. Employee benefits include:
- Health Insurance through Western Health Advantage. Coverage for dependents is available.
- Dental Insurance through Jefferson Pilot Financial Life. Coverage for dependents is available.
- Long Term Disability Insurance through Standard Insurance.
- FWA Plan 2 Defined Benefit Plan - Pension Plan. Vesting in the plan begins after one year beyond February 1, plus a minimum of 1,000 hours of employment.
- FWA Plan 3 401-K Retirement Plan. Available after 12 months of employment and all other eligibility requirements have been met. FWA currently matches 50% of the first 5% of employee contribution.
- Paid Holidays:
- New Years Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day Weekend Observance
- Independence Day Observance
- Labor Day Observance
- Thanksgiving Day and the day after
- Christmas Day and the day before/after at the discretion of management
- Sick Leave: Ten days per year.
- Vacation: Ten days per year and added to based upon seniority and/or position.
