Forrar Williams Architects provides a comprehensive benefit structure of retirement, profit sharing and performance bonuses offered within a progressive management style. Employee benefits include:

  • Health Insurance through Western Health Advantage. Coverage for dependents is available.
  • Dental Insurance through Jefferson Pilot Financial Life. Coverage for dependents is available.
  • Long Term Disability Insurance through Standard Insurance.
  • FWA Plan 2 Defined Benefit Plan - Pension Plan. Vesting in the plan begins after one year beyond February 1, plus a minimum of 1,000 hours of employment.
  • FWA Plan 3 401-K Retirement Plan. Available after 12 months of employment and all other eligibility requirements have been met. FWA currently matches 50% of the first 5% of employee contribution.
  • Paid Holidays:
    • New Years Day
    • Presidents Day
    • Memorial Day Weekend Observance
    • Independence Day Observance
    • Labor Day Observance
    • Thanksgiving Day and the day after
    • Christmas Day and the day before/after at the discretion of management
  • Sick Leave: Ten days per year.
  • Vacation: Ten days per year and added to based upon seniority and/or position.
